We sell Bazadais beef in quarter, half, or whole portions only. This ensures consistent quality, better use of the full animal, and a more efficient, sustainable model. We do not offer individual cuts.
Yes — because our supply is limited and allocated in advance, a deposit is required to confirm your portion. This allows us to plan ahead and maintain our small-batch approach.
We recommend enquiring at least 4–6 weeks ahead of time, particularly if you’re planning to feature Bazadais on a seasonal or set menu. Our herd is raised in small numbers and demand is growing.
We offer local pickup or refrigerated delivery depending on your location. Delivery logistics are arranged once your order is confirmed.

Yes — our cattle are 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised in Kangaroo Valley. We don’t use feedlots or grain finishing. The result is cleaner, more ethical beef with true traceability.
